Hey there! I'm Garth, the founder and lead tutor at The Animation Tutors.

Our instructors are either currently enrolled as animation students in top animation schools and/or working in the industry — we are all engaged in the practice and current techniques of animation.
We offer an incredible breadth of training options that allow you to enroll in a little or a lot — everything we build accommodates the pace you desire.
As students and freelancers, we understand that sometimes the cost can be prohibitive, so we allow for 0% financing payment plans over many months to ensure it is accessible to all.

Summer programs, such as our in-progress Frame-by-Frame 2D Animation Summer course
We also offer more DIY Video Course Memberships where you can access a selection of pre-recorded courses. This is a budget-friendly way to study with us.
We offer very flexible One-on-One Personal Mentorships where you can study with a variety of our instructors that we pair you with to offer you the best possible training.
Personal mentorships involve the creation of a customized program of homework for you, and are very feedback-intensive, but they don’t offer a lot of planned lectures or demonstrations.
We offer comprehensive bundles of lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and feedback (group & one-on-one), as well as additional learning resources, providing an incredible opportunity of portfolio prep packages for students serious about studying animation.
The Foundations Bundle is designed for younger students, whereas the Complete Animation Portfolio Bundle is for students applying to animation schools within 1 year.
